Wonderful Stay with Attentive Service

I found the queen bed comfortable and the room offered decent space. The location was great, with easy access to many cafes, restaurants, and bazaars. Taxi drop-off and pick-up right in front of the hotel was convenient. I appreciated that the strong wifi signal provided a speed of around 50 Mbps.

The mini fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks and it could have been helpful to have some more free space in it.

The hotel has a backed-up power source, so it was unaffected during a power cut. I noticed wellness facilities were well-kept. The bathroom has a shower area and a separate bathtub. You can choose which one to use.

The location was convenient, close to a metro station , made travelling around easy, and two convenience stores across the street were great for buying water and snacks. the staff were very helpful, especially with directions and local tips. Breakfast had a good selection of food each morning, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The wifi signal was quite weak in my room. I had difficulty streaming videos and working online. This was a bit frustrating, especially in the evenings when i wanted to relax.

Spa facilities included a hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Bath robes and towels were available for guest use, i found these amenities quite relaxing after long days of sightseeing.

I was a little disappointed. The walls seemed dirty with cracks, and the paint was peeling. Ants frequently looked in the room. the complimentary coffee and creamer were not restocked after I checked in. It's these details .

the staff was friendly and helpful . the location is convenient with easy access to public transportation making it simple to explore various attractions. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the well maintained shower adding to a relaxing experience. the room temperature remained cool which i found very nice.

the minibar prices seemed a little elevated for bottled water. the small water bottle cost 2.5 euro which i think is quite high.
